The house has three bedrooms, a study, two bathrooms, a living room with terrace and pool, a dining room for eight people, a spacious kitchen, dressing room, toilet in the floor with a living room, a garage, a game room in the basement, large terrace, pool 8x4m (26x13 ft) and garden .

The house is situated in a quiet part of the city center in the area populated with old Italian villas. Long promenade by the sea leads to the old center of Zadar. Grocery store is only 50m away, and within 200 m there are tennis courts, public beach and marina. The whole area abounds with excellent restaurants, bars and interesting places for a night out.
